1.About Our Services
Gujrat drivers offers hiring of drivers for local, outstation, drop, and permanent/temporary drivers. The services can be availed through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or other communication channels that we may provide from time to time.
We are a service facilitator and connect customers with drivers and process bookings accordingly.
2. Eligibility to Use Our Services
- You are above the age of 18 years
- You are legally capable & able to enter into a contract
- The information you provide is true and correct
We can refuse service if there is anything wrongly given by you.
3. Booking & Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation after payment and confirmed by us.
- The fare at the time of Booking is considered the fare unless you are notified otherwise.
- Drivers are available for Booking based on where You are located at the time of your Booking.
Our company reserves the right to cancel or change your Booking due to an emergency such as an unavailability of a driver or a safety issue.
4. Payment
- Payment must be processed through the Payment Methods as available on the website and as provided by Our staff.
- You are responsible for paying all applicable sales taxes, service charges, and gateway charges.
If you do not pay in Full, your Booking may be canceled by our company.
5. Cancellation and Changes
- Customers may request cancellations or might demand changes to bookings related to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close the request is made to the scheduled service time.
Details of the cancellation charges will be communicated during booking upon request.

We take reasonable steps to onboard experienced and verified drivers. However, drivers operate on an independent basis, and Gujarat Driver does not guarantee individual behaviour and performance.
You should report any issues you have with a driver’s conduct, safety or professionalism immediately so appropriate measures may be taken.
8. Limited Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law:
- Gujarat Driver is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by your use of our services.
- We are not liable for accidents, car problems, traffic violations, or actions taken by the driver or customer while using our services.
- Our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the particular service you booked.
