Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

 Customer Cancellations

Cancellation of your reservation prior to commencement can potentially give rise to either a complete or partially refunded service fee. The final refund amount can differ according to the amount of notice before your desired start date and location.

Cancellations by Gujrat Driver

If we have to cancel your booking because of:

  1. No drivers are available
  2. Safety or operation issues
  3. Any events out of our control

An alternative will be offered in the form of a full refund or rescheduling your ride at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Once your refund request has been approved, please allow 5 to 10 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account due to the processing time of various payment gateways and/or banks. We won't be responsible for any delays from your bank related to processing your refund.

No-Show Policy

Where the driver arrives on time and at the designated place and the customer does not show up to utilize the service, the booking will be regarded as a no-show and the customer will be liable to pay in full.

Service Issues and Complaints

If you find any problems with our service (i.e not showing up on time, being rude or unprofessional, safety issues) please contact our support team and let us know!

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We will not issue refunds under certain conditions:

a. Services already rendered.

b. Delayed or canceled events due to customer reasons.

c. Any outside force; such as weather; traffic; police activity, that is not in our direct control.
